Wednesday, July 11, 2007. Who Is Toroda Creek? Lori and Jeff Kocol are long time residents of Wauconda and have been involved with the Wauconda Community Hall for years. Lori owns a small screenprinting business called Toroda Creek which supplies souvenir t-shirts to the local resorts, stores, taverns and restaurants, as well as the Chesaw Rodeo Club, Curlew Civic Club, etc.
